I would highly recommend 5th Gear to anyone. They have serviced FOUR of my autos -- including my current VW and Chrysler autos. The new staff, including Eric and Cameron, are very knowledgeable and reliable. On two different occasions, I received multi-thousand $$$ quotes from two different dealer service depts on 104th. I bought to 5th for second opinion and Eric/Cameron went over details and explained why some service was completely unnecessary. they have saved me literally thousands of dollars. I am very suspect of dealer service depts focus on profit vs real customer needs. The 5th Gear service on my autos has been good and consistent. I've used UBER to/from with ease.

I had an injector go bad on my powerstroke and needed to diagnose which one it was and what had gone wrong. They were awesome about getting my truck in and working on it in a timely fashion. When the call came about the problem, they were completely fair and honest about the price. They were also very cool about me declining to fix it there due to the cost (anybody with a powerstroke knows what it's like to be poor lol). My only complaint? They forgot to reattach my air filter... no big deal though, since it was coming off anyways.

In a world where most only care about the bottom dollar, it is refreshing to find a business that has honest, hardworking employees and an owner that gives back to the community. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really friendly group and they did an excellent job installing some new modifications on my 370z. They went above and beyond for the service, and were extremely friendly in the process. I'll go back
